Inspection requirements after the high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is brought to the site

1. The components and spare parts of ZW32-12 high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker should be complete, without rust or mechanical damage.

2. The arc extinguishing chamber, porcelain sleeve and iron parts should be firmly bonded without cracks and damage.

3. The packaging should be intact before unpacking.

4. The insulating parts should not be deformed or damp.

5. The bracket welding of the circuit breaker should be good, and the external paint should be complete.

Storage requirements for high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers

1. If the ZW32 high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is stored for a long time, it should be checked every 6 months, and a layer of anti-rust grease should be coated on the surface of the metal parts and the conductive contact surface, and the insulators should be wrapped with clean oiled paper.

2. After unpacking, the vacuum level of the interrupter should be tested.

3. The circuit breaker shall not be inverted when stored, and shall not be placed on an overlap when unpacked.

4. The circuit breaker should be stored in a ventilated, dry and non-corrosive gas room.

Installation and adjustment requirements for high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers

1. After the installation is completed, the manual slow opening and closing operation should be carried out, and the electric opening and closing operation can be carried out only when there is no undesirable phenomenon.

2. The arm of the three-phase linkage link should be on the same horizontal plane and the angle of the arm should be the same.

3. The stroke, compression stroke and three periodicity of the high-voltage and high-pressure vacuum circuit breaker should meet the technical requirements of the product.

4. The installation should be vertical, the fixing should be firm, and the interphase support porcelain pieces should be on the same horizontal plane.
