Yes, you heard it right, it's a charging carport that can charge electric vehicles; The difference between it and the general carport is that its roof is covered with photovoltaic panels, and inside the carport, there are charging piles. The employees of the park drove their electric vehicles in the morning, parked the car in this charging carport, plugged in the charging cable, and could "return with a full load (electricity)" at night.

Ascending to the roof of the park, you can see that the roofs of the large and small buildings in the park are covered with photovoltaic panels and wind turbines, making full use of light energy and wind energy to generate electricity.

In a slightly more "remote" part of the park, there are "big boxes" for energy storage, cooling towers and gas combustion engines.

Of course, there are some equipment in the whole park, which are "hidden deeply", silently contributing to the energy saving and consumption reduction and intelligent operation of the park!

According to Mao Xiaolei, deputy chief engineer of China Power China Power Intelligence, Beike Industrial Park was built in 2004, covering an area of 70 acres and a total construction area of 63,152m2; At present, a total of 14 companies have settled in, and there are many enterprises in the park and biopharmaceuticals. In 2017, the electricity consumption of the park was 13 million kWh, and in 2018, the electricity consumption increased to 16 million kWh. In August 2018, CPID CEP Smart signed an energy management agreement with Beike Yongfeng Technology Development Co., Ltd. to provide a package of smart energy solutions for Beike Industrial Park, and provide comprehensive energy services including electricity, heating and cooling for the park through multi-energy complementarity and integrated optimization.

After taking over the energy management of the park, CPID Smart has tailored a set of smart energy solutions for the park from the aspects of "source, grid, load, storage and control".

Open source: By adding internal combustion engines, rooftop photovoltaics, and smart photovoltaic carports, the power supply load of 1,600kW has been added to the park; Through the combined cooling, heating and power generation and the original equipment, it provides comprehensive energy supply for the park and realizes multi-energy complementarity.

Ministry network: The original scattered cooling and heating systems are connected in series, unified planning, and mutual backup, which greatly improves the reliability of energy supply in the park; A new 1250KVA transformer was added to evenly distribute the load of each section of the bus; Deploy an energy monitoring system.

Load increase: meet the expansion needs of the computer center, and provide stable two-way power supply for it at the same time; Design user-side management function to achieve intelligent control.

Expansion of storage: New 100kW/500kWh lithium iron phosphate batteries to achieve peak shaving and valley filling, and improve power quality.

Intelligent control: implement intelligent transformation, break through information barriers, and realize real-time monitoring and intelligent control of electricity, cold and heat sources; Deploy the multi-energy flow energy management system jointly developed by CPID Smart and Tsinghua University to comprehensively optimize the scheduling of various equipment and energy sources in the park.

Through a series of renovations, the multi-energy coupling of cold, heat, electricity and gas in the park, and the perfect coordination of source, grid, load and storage, people can manage energy in a more refined and dynamic way, so as to help energy always be in a "smart" state. Through the deployment, the energy utilization rate of the park has been improved, and the energy saving is easily reduced by nearly 30%; Since the project was put into operation, a total of about 1,136 tons of carbon emissions have been reduced, about 451 tons of standard coal have been saved, and about 60,000 trees have been planted.
